We roast to a Full City (Medium Roast) because we believe that this retains more of the coffee beans true character.
We only use the single origin beans from the best coffee growing regions around the world and we never use beans from countries that rely on the heavy use chemicals on like pesticides and herbicides on their crops.
It produces an ideal Espresso with good caramel crema. An intense but balanced bitterness which enables a pleasing sweetness. Its magnificent flavour stays on the taste buds for a long time.
